On your doorstep you have The County Arms an amazing pub that serves food and is great as a wedding venue to! You also have a great cafe opposite you - The Toast Rack. Old York Road and Wandsworth High Street are packed with brilliant local spots — from The Alma and Megan's in the Tonsleys for relaxed dining, to Hotaru for excellent Japanese, MEET Quarter for steaks, and Little Frenchies or Puccio's for morning coffee and pastries.



Green space

King George's Park is a few minutes away — a large, leafy park along the River Wandle with playgrounds, sports courts, and plenty of room to wander. Wandsworth Park and the Thames riverside walks are also nearby.

Getting Around:

Bus stop right outside



You couldn't be better placed for buses. The County Arms stop on Trinity Road is literally on your doorstep, served by three brilliant routes that connect you to most of South West and Central London without ever needing to change:



Route 77 — direct to Tooting in one direction, and Waterloo / Aldwych / Tottenham Court Road in the other. Perfect for a night in the West End.



Route 219 — runs between Clapham Junction and Wimbledon via Tooting Broadway. Ideal for shopping at Southside or Westfield-style retail at



Clapham Junction.

Route 319 — connects Streatham Hill to Sloane Square via Clapham Junction and Battersea. Excellent for King's Road, Chelsea, and the south-west London buzz.



Buses run from around 5am until past midnight, so getting home after a late one is never a problem.



Trains

Wandsworth Town and Wandsworth Common stations are both within easy walking distance, with direct trains to London Waterloo in around 10–12 minutes (South Western Railway) and onward connections from Clapham Junction to almost anywhere in London or the south coast.



Tube

Clapham South (Northern line) is around 15 minutes on foot, putting the City and West End within an easy single-change journey.



River bus

For a more scenic commute, the Thames Clipper RB6 service from St Mary's Wandsworth Pier offers a stylish alternative way to reach Battersea, Westminster, and the City.
