Good, clean and friendly

Hotel is on the small and old side. Standard is still good, clean and friendly. Location is good for central London, Underground and Victoria station. Breakfast is all right. I would prefer a better and broader selection of bread. There must be a local baker to buy some quality bread from.

Great location, clean but a little cramped

The room is very small just enough for a solo traveler with one luggage. There was no fridge and no AC only fan so challenging in the summer. There was a heater for winter tho. The toilet is also very cramped. Its alright as long as you know what to expect. I was disappointed there was no fridge at least. It was clean and the cleaner comes every day. The location is amazing, very close to the train station and bus stops. Can walk to Westminster and Victoria Station.

Great hotel. We switched to this hotel after having a bad experience at a different London hotel and were so happy. Walking distance to the Victoria tube station so you can get around easily. Great hotel would definitely stay again.
