We arranged at the hotel and they told us they were fully booked.
The receptionist didn't care at all that we were left without a room he gave us a refund as was no help whatsoever.
When we went to others hotels around the area they said that his hotel was often known for doing this.
I do not recommend going here as from what I was told it was a very common problem that this hotel has.
When I arrive, there was no one at the front desk to check me in. I had to call a number to get a friend of whoever was suppose to be a the front desk to come over and get me my room key. I had to wait 10 minutes for this friend to arrive. Super unprofessional and inconvenient as I was late to my dinner reservation due to this. The bathroom was not very clean and the shower head was broken, so taking a shower was not really an option even though I would have liked to take one. Overall, not a very good experience at this hotel, would not recommend.
Reasonable value for money in a good location. Close to Hyde Park, Oxford St and Paddington Station. The shower temperature was a bit tepid.

An ideal hotel stop over. Nothing fancy, bed and decent breakfast at a great price in a busy part of London. Was able to pick my room key up early on the day of my stay due to the itinerary which was the opposite side of London during the check in hours, this was pre-arranged dependant upon the previous occupant having checked out. A £4 addition for breakfast on top of the room-only tariff turned out to be a bargain.
