I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to because two major issues were never properly addressed, and the third one was just not that bad.
First, the master bedroom was freezing cold. It took them two days to fix it, even after they had already done so it was still cold. We’re in winter in London, after all.
Second, the master en suite shower was leaking. It took about two days to fix, and on the final day, the leak returned.
Third, despite being very responsible with check-in and communication, they took two hours over the course of 3 PM deadline to give the convoluted check-in instructions.
Overall, the apartment was great, but the guys need to get their act together.
