The staff were excellent and the room was very clean. The property is old and the walls are thin, you can hear everyone if they are on the staircase which can be hard for light sleepers. The bathroom was my favorite part, it was clean and the water pressure was perfect! We were located in the 300 rooms so we had to climb four sets of stairs which was tiring but there is nothing the hotel can really do to remedy that!

Really great location, 10min walk from Victoria station and tons of dining and pubs in the area, as well as tourist sites. I got the single bed on first floor, it's comfortable and you get what you pay for more or less. The bathroom is large and shower had great heat/water pressure. It also came with complimentary breakfast buffet. The room was a bit dated, heat didn't really match thermostat settings, and you have to request an ironing board and iron (they gave an old one that leaked water and had burn stains from previous users, only reason I knocked 1 star off).

The staff was very friendly . A great walkable location that was close to the transfer station. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had plenty of options. The housekeeper was one of the best I’ve encountered. They even left a thank you card and Christmas stocking in our room on our last day. I will definitely stay there again!
