Stayed for the play off final, cracking location and the hotel even got in touch just to ask about check in due to the game, good standard, comfy and perfect place to stay for that kind of trip!

Lovely helpful staff and clean room

Lovely friendly staff at reception he was very helpful and let us check in half hour early which was a lovely bonus , they don’t have air con but the gentleman supplied us with 2 strong fans and carried one to the room for us. Room was lovely and clean obviously not 5* but still a lovely place to stay if you just doing the one or two nights.

Very convenient to Paddington Station. Family room is completely adequate for an affordable and convenient family stay in London. Stuff was accommodating with check in time and holding luggage.

We recieved amazing service from Salem! The property was not very clean and not modern, the bathroom was incredibly small, and there was no AC. The area around the Hotel was very nice. However, our highlight was amazing service from our Host Salem!

Its located close to paddington station and places to eat, but it is an older hotel so it lacks modern conveniences, itll get the job done for a good nights sleep since your most likely out and about in london.

Wouldn't recommend.

Lots of rubbish and fly tipping outside the building. Very small double room. Lots of fluff and dust around the room. However, the staff were very friendly and it was in a somewhat convenient distance from Paddington and Soho.

Quick business trip on a budget

My first impression was very good I was able to check in early which was great sky appreciated it was merger but I thought very fair value nice location huge English breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay

Well located near Paddington station. Room was okay size. Beds had big sagging areas and sheets did not fit. Carpet on stairs was dirty

Comfortable for an over nighter

Stayed one night as a place to sleep as coming to a theatre performance. So room was fine for what we needed it for. Clean and comfortable but quite tatty looking. Room was quiet. Staff polite but not particularly friendly. Good location 5 min from Paddington station so easy to get to theatre.

You get what you pay for. The room was small but fine for 4 people as there was 4 twin beds. There was no fan so the windows needed to be kept open. Morning breakfast was good and the staff are very nice but they ran out of eggs one day. I would not stay again and would not recommend however it is fine for people on a budget

The room was laid out nice and we had a new travel cot supplied, but the mattress on my bed was very uncomfortable and there were dark hairs all over the bedding, the room was very hot, the fan didn’t have the front part on it and it was too noisy to leave the doors/windows open overnight, the net and the curtains didn't fit the windows/doors properly, so the light shined in all night. It was very difficult getting the pram up and downstairs and staff watched and didn't offer to help, they did help with taking our luggage to be stored though. Nice to have fruit and a water dispenser in reception. The hotel does need a spruce up though.

Hotel in itself was great, wonderful customer service. Location was convenient and ideal for outings and attractions. Only downside was that no communal area in hotel and no fridge in room. Room was airy and cool, didn’t need fans or ac as the windows enabled natural cooling. The room was lovely and spacious. Would recommend

Really bad. avoid.

Too long to list all defecrs but it's grimy and dirty, bathroom in terrible state, broken, unlockable/unsafe balcony, no lift and super steep stairs, paper thin walls....reception is in the hotel next door...
