Robert and Bob did a terrific job. They even procured feather pillows from somewhere! This is a terrific unit in a fantastic location. Clean is a whistle. We will rent it again.
First time using VRBO. Location in Mayfair was excellent. Apartment was spacious, clean, well appointed and as advertised. The hosts were easy to work with and exceptionally responsive.
My husband and I loved staying in this Flat in Mayfair. Many of our favourite restaurants and shops were within a very short walk.
It was wonderful to wake up, enjoy a coffee in the comfort of a home and relax before starting our day.
The home owner and his assistant were very responsive. Check in and departure were simple.

2bed2bath flat on top floor. Easy check in and kind manager. Key card entrance through two doors. Up a few stairs to lift to 3rd floor. More stairs and keyed entry to very nice flat. Modern appliances in kitchen though only just enough plates, cutlery, glassware. Had to hand wash up after each meal. They cleaned flat half way through week which was great. Location was super--easy walk to Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Trafalgar and museums and theatre. Highly recommend this listing! We were a family of two 70's grandparents and two older teen grandchildren who enjoyed their first trip to UK and London.
The living area, kitchen, and deck were great. The water pressure in the bathrooms was perfect. Some suggestions: leaving a few additional bath towels per guest, extra toilet paper, and one extra roll of paper towel would be so appreciated. Also, adding some more wine glasses, water glasses, and coffee mugs would reduce dishwasher runs. Maybe some written instructions for the coffee maker, washer, and dishwasher for us older guests. There are a few repairs that need to be made--like the panel in the kitchen above the drawer next to the utensil drawer that is loose and falls down and the washer handle. But we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is as advertised and is very well located. Robert is extremely responsive and very helpful. His staff contacted us halfway through our stay and offered a cleaning service and replaced our bath towels, which was an unexpected and appreciated gesture. We would definitely stay again.
We had a great experience. Bob and his team are really responsive and easy to deal with. We had a couple of minor issues which he resolved quickly. The location is terrific — in the middle of Mayfair, around the corner from Green Park tube stop but also walking distance to Bond St Elizabeth line station which goes to Heathrow quicker than the Piccadilly line trains. The kitchen was great, fully equipped. The place is warm and the outside patio is lovely.
My one recommendation would be to update the mattress in the main bedroom. It’s comfortable but clearly needs an update. I guess the other recommendation is to update the toiletries, those could be nicer.
But all in all, a great place that I would highly recommend.
My wife and I rented the flat for nine nights with our two kids and we loved it. It is a beautiful space in a fantastic area in Mayfair. It is close to shopping, restaurants and the major attractions in London. Everything was in great condition and was the perfect size for our family. The check-in process was also seamless. We hope to stay there again some time.
This apartment was very clean and extremely well-located near the Green Park tube stop, a convenience store and a Starbucks.

The location is fantastic! The size was excellent. It did lack basic amenities.
Our stay could not have been better. Of course the apartment shows the wear and tear of a rented out place but it is spotless, well appointed, has everything you need to feel happy and comfortable, but most of all, has the most amazing hosts. Bob and his team do a perfect check in, check on you wether anything is needed during the stay and are available for any questions. In our case they made the big effort to provide an additional desk for studies. The location is amazing and I happily book again.
Great location! Walk to pubs, coffee or the train. The flat was very clean, check in and out was very easy. Great space for 4 adults. We really enjoyed our stay!
Enjoyed my stay - excellent location and helpful / attentive staff members. The flat is a bit more tired looking than photos imply but generally it worked well for my business trip to London. I would rent this flat again.
