The location and neighborhood were great. Walking distance to many attractions, tube stations, restaurants, and parks. Very comfortable for 4 adults. The host met us at the location to review the property and was very responsive to anything we needed. Overall a great experience and place to stay.
This charming flat is comfortable, well-appointed and in an excellent location for exploring all of London. The owner and management team were very communicative. We will definitely book this flat again, and we will be recommending it to friends.
Perfect location! Great pubs steps away. Short walk to major sites. Close to 2 train stations. Easy check-in/out. We stayed here with our 2 daughters and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Very good location, clean, two full bathrooms, close to the Underground, Buckingham palace, big Ben. Stayed during New Years, make sure you get tickets to fireworks, otherwise it’s difficult to get/in out of the property because it is partitioned off.

very nice and clean apartment with an unbeatable location next the Westminster Abbey and all other central attractions. two bedrooms with good bedding, one facing the street, another has a bathroom with a flight of stairs going down (very inconvenient and not good for night trips...). Great location. Walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abby, the Theatre District & Buckingham Palace. Close to 2 tube stations. The property manager (Dalton) was very helpful - he even offered to pick up snacks for us! He was very quick to answer any texts. Having a washing machine was very nice but it did take clothes a long time to air dry in muggy London.
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was extremely clean and spacious. It was bright and sunny. The kitchen is well equipped. We did laundry several times which was helpful. The location is great. Right next to Westminster abbey and Buckingham Palace but on a quiet side street so you’re away from the crowds. Close to 2 tube stations. Westminster and St James’s park. Easy to get to anywhere. Loved it.
This flat is in a perfect location. The front bedroom had a bit of street noise at night, and there was construction across the street that was quite loud early in the morning (but that could happen anywhere). Also, as someone else mentioned, the floors are very loud and creaky. But the apartment has everything you'd need and has quite a bit of space. Everything is clean and easy to use. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has what you need. I highly recommend this place. We plan to stay here again.
Location cannot be beat! Traveling with a child, the flat was perfectly situated near parks, tube stops, and sights. The apartment had everything we needed, and the host was kind enough to check us weekly in the morning, after the arrival of our red eye flight. Some of the blinds in the main living space would not go up, so the unit felt dark at times. It a big inconvenience, as we weren’t there much during the day All in all, a great stay!
Great apartment, centrally located if you want to see the iconic sights of London. Very clean and great responsiveness by host. Only things of note: pack wash cloths if you use them. The unit does not have a clothes dryer as listed. And, one of the bathrooms is down a flight of steps. None of these were issues for us. Would stay here again without hesitation.
Great location on a charming street. A short walk to many of the main sights. We found a few favorite pubs to gather less than a 3 minute walk. Easy access to the tube, and an Uber boats dock. The pub on the corner was lively. Loved the energy! The apartment was perfect for two couples, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the amenities we needed. Large refrigerator so we could stock a few drinks and snacks. Ample seating in the living room to rest, read, or watch tv. WiFi worked great! The building is very quiet which we enjoyed.King bed in the master was softer, and the queen was firmer. Slept great after spending each day walking 28k steps. Lots of space to hang clothing. The host had great communication, and the check in process was absolutely perfect. 10/10 would recommend! Appreciate making our first trip accommodations to London a memorable one.
I took my teenage and college age daughters for a quick trip to London in January and this was a great option. If your goal is to hit all the normal tourist spots, you could not find a better location with access to two Tube stops each a five minute walk away. The side road we were on was quite and felt safe. One of the bathrooms is down a flight of stairs but was new and clean. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seems new and renovated. A few minor maintenance issues like missing light bulbs and a few window shades not working. I wish the beds were a little bigger, but we would stay again and recommend to others. The contact letting us in the unit was extremely accommodating and responsive. For travelers from the US, bring washcloths if you want them, most places including nice hotels don’t include with the linens. Great little breakfast restaurant steps from the unit which is a good to place to hang out before getting access to the unit.
The location for this property is fantastic. The street is quiet and there are lots of places very close to get some food or drink. We would definitely stay here again.
We didn’t do much cooking while we were there but the kitchen looked well stocked. It had a washing machine as well if you were hoping to do some laundry during your stay.
We loved our stay here. It is a perfect location right in the heart of London and within walking distance to many great attractions. Train stations are also nearby. The property was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay for our family of 4. The host was very responsive and went out his way to help us.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay as the property manager was not there to let us into the unit even though I explained when I booked that we were arriving on an early flight so I was booking (and paying for) an extra day ahead of time so we could have a place ready when we arrived and then telling both the owner and property manager that our flight landed at 6am. Neither of them said the early arrival would be an issue or offered a code so we could just access the unit ourselves. Instead, we were stuck in a strange city at 7am with nowhere to stay or leave our bags and had to find other accommodations. On top of that, the owner sent a message asking me if I was insane because I called Vrbo to cancel our reservation.
