"Recently stayed here a couple days ago and our experience was great! even had our room upgraded upon arrival free of charge. Staff was friendly and was near many good places to walk to! would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel and the rooms were very clean and fresh. The Staff was very friendly and greeted us coming in and going out. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. I usually don't sleep very good the first night or two in a hotel room but I was out quickly. The rooms were very quiet and we had a room directly across from the elevators which worried me about too much noise but I barely heard anything from inside or outside even from the L train which runs directly outside. Public transportation is extremely close to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

"Gorgeous architectural experience in the lobby. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms didn't wow me but they were not bad. Catering food was okay at our event. The riverwalk and bridge nearby were lovely. Dilapidated freeway overpass on the walk to the train stop but I was safe enough. "

"Outdated rooms and our heater stopped working overnight and the temp fell to 60's which felt freezing given it was zero outside with snow flurries But Matt the maintenance guy came quickly at 6 am thankfully and got it back up and running. Other than that, a truly beautiful hotel and the restaurant staff and front desk guys were amazing!"
