"The property has an A++ location and amenities, but it drastically needs a refresh. Elevator is old and slow (and only 1) and all room and common area decor is very dated and tired. "We spent our first night in Slovenia here arriving quite late. Eurie at the reception desk was very kind, friendly and welcomed us warmly. The room we had was spacious and clean. In the morning, a delicious breakfast was served in the dining room. Eurie was at the desk in the morning and provided very helpful tips about where to visit in Kranj as well as how to get to our next destination."
