"We had an overall very pleasant stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming, and we truly appreciated their excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay. The reason I am giving four stars rather than five is mainly related to the room. The carpet had a noticeable unpleasant odor, which affected the overall freshness and comfort of the room. Also, the mattress was surprisingly short. I am 6 feet tall, and my feet were hanging off the end of the mattress throughout the night, which made sleeping less comfortable than expected from a hotel of this standard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the wonderful staff. With some attention to the room carpeting and bedding, the experience could easily be five-star."

"Very well located hotel, within walking distance from Suria KLCC and Pavilion shopping centres, as well as the KL Tower and Bukit Bintang. Also connected via L1 to Menara Hap Seng, which contains a FamilyMart convenience store and Guardian pharmacy. Large, clean and comfortable room and shower. 2L free drinking water provided daily - very helpful. Free coffee pods (Lavazza) also much appreciated. I look forward to returning."

"Clean modern hotel as you would expect from a grand Hyatt. Used pool for a swim but it got busy with families in afternoon I noticed. Keep in mind. The lifts up and down drive you nuts to start until you get in the rhythm. Great location for putting on the sneakers and heading for a walk both ways outside the front door."

"Had such a lovely stay at this hotel. Spacious clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Loved the pool and gym on the rooftop. The hotel is in a very convenient location eg. you can easily walk to Petronas Twin Towers/KLCC Mall and only a short drive away from Bukit Bintang."

"Hotel Review The hotel was clean overall, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff did a very good job keeping the room tidy and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and hospitality from the staff was superb However, the bathrooms are in need of some updating. It would be great to have a modern bidet, and the toilet seat is very low and could be more comfortable. The carpet also needs a proper wash. The air conditioning was another issue. Even after setting the temperature to 24°C, the room remained too cold. Overall, a clean hotel with a very good housekeeping, but the bathrooms, carpets, and air conditioning could definitely be improved."
