"We had a wonderful time at this property. The beach, pools and other activities at Aquatika are great, especially for kids. The check in process was easy, and accessing the property was very straightforward. They do have a gate/ guard, and it seemed very secure.There are some animals on the property(dogs, cats, chickens), which were all friendly and harmless. The unit has updated the bedroom furniture from some of the pictures on the listing, which were nice upgrades. Beds were very comfortable. Some of the kitchen items could use replacing. Overall, this was a great stay, and I would 100% stay at this unit again. "

"Brenda’s home at the beach was wonderful and welcoming. Everything that you need for an extended stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, beach chairs and towels, are available. The beach is beautiful. Sitting on the porch/rooftop was a highlight at sunrise and sunset.Brenda was super-responsive and generous with her time and attention. I would highly recommend this beach property for a great home base for day trips to El Yunque, Playa Luquillo, and exploring many beautiful beaches. It is only about 45 minutes away from the San Juan airport. "

"Once we opened the door I was so excited! The house interior was gorgeous and the host was so friendly and available! Kitchens and bathrooms were stocked and there were plenty of towels for when we used the pool. Working laundry and really enjoyed the play room which had darts, pool and cornhole. Would definitely stay again"
