The host communicated very well prior to our stay as well as during. She addressed any question or concern quickly. The apartment itself included everything we needed for our stay, the beds are SUPER comfortable and plenty of space for our family.

The property was clean and the resort was very welcoming for the most part. Unfortunately- the unit has issues that should be addressed: the running water did not get hot at all. This is an issue for bathing and washing dishes. The blankets on the beds were quite thin. Plenty of bath towels but no face or hand towels. Be sure to bring extra kitchen supplies if staying for the week- paper towels, garbage bags etc. Despite the host stating that emergency supplies were available- when a tropical storm occurred we found that the flashlights had no batteries, there were no battery operated fans and minimal emergency lighting. The pools, hot tubs and the private beach at Aquatika are quite lovely. Please note- during our visit - we had to deal with multiple power and water outages. The host was very communicative and polite though it was quite frustrating.

Fantastic trip with 3 children. The condo was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The grounds on the property are meticulously maintained. You can't beat the price on this property considering what you get. The only disappointed was that the water slide feature was only open on Saturday & Sundays. However, the lazy river, multiple pools, hot tubs and beach satisfied everyone's needs at many age levels. The property and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. The band playing nightly at the neighboring church added a nice local flare and the convenient story at the end of the road was very, say, convenient:) Don't forget bug spray! The sand fleas were brutal for me, but not my children.
