"The house is welcoming and nicely decorated and stocked. Everything was clean and neat. The balcony’s and deck are great outdoor spaces. It’s perfect for a big family or group of friends. It has 5 bedrooms 4 of which have queen beds and one has bunks. It is located in a community with Coco beach about 10 minutes away drive/walk/golf cart. Coco beach is very private and calm and shallow. House has beach chairs and towels and laundry. Note there is no dishwasher."

"The accommodations were very nice. The property manager was extremely prompt and professional. The Four Seasons resort has limited dining options. The golf course is beautiful and our adult kids loved the obstacle course and adult pool. The beach is located on the windy side of the island and that was our only complaint. This is obviously not in anyone’s control but worth mentioning if you are looking for beach access."

"Everything about our stay here in Loiza was incredible. Starting with the communication before and during our stay, to the ease of getting right out to the beach, the beach restaurant just a short walk down the beach, to the amenities of the house, it was an incredible week!Our host was super communicative and in-tune with our needs. We had a visit with a check on the pool to ensure everything was operational. While there, other questions or minor issues were discussed and resolved. With being in a neighborhood living with the locals, the locals were extremely nice and living their best life. Neighborhood kids were fishing on the shore. The beach restaurant and bar was full of locals winding down from their full day. We spent a couple of days swimming and snorkeling right out of the backyard. The diversity of wildlife we encountered was incredible, from all sorts of reef fish, to manatees, sea slugs, urchin, and more. Returning home from our daily adventures to be greeted by a comfortable swimming pool was nice also. Everything was great!"
