"The location is great for Navy Pier and downtown lake events. The rooms are good size and offer great views. We found some confused with the elevator bays. There are 3 of them that access the 3 buildings so make sure to listen to which one to take for your room. Parking is expensive but comparable to other city hotels. Lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. If your main purpose is to be in city center this may not be the hotel for you because it will take some walking and/or...

"The overall property and location was great! The staff were friendly! I did ask for our room to be cleaned, but it wasn't.. that's not a big deal. I was able to get wash clothes and towels brought to the room. The toilet is in an unusual place. It's like in front of a wall. You have to almost climb over to sit straight on the toilet. My husband is tall so this was uncomfortable for him. The bathroom was clean though. "
