"Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage and it is dog friendly so we could take our two labradors. What really makes this place special and why we chose it, is the location and stunning views of the river. There are good walks from the doorstep and it is easy to walk into Truro and explore the city. The seating areas to the front and back give outstanding views of the ever changing river as the tide comes in and out. Parking was a bit of a challenge and we could not always find a space near to the cottage, albeit one would always open up within an hour or so. The cottage has good facilities with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. A welcome basket of cornish goods was a nice touch when we arrived."

"Beautiful property, excellently stocked kitchen made cooking and entertaining easy also option to BBQ and good area to eat outside. Comfortable beds and bathrooms were super with both shower and bath in each. We had a problem with one of the toilets leaking nut the host was quick to get it fixed and were very apologetic, it did not spoil our stay. The area is very quiet with some nice walks. Close to the water launched from harbour by shipyard when tide was in. We were a mixed Gen group and it worked for all of us, nice games room with large tv to watch a film, plenty of books to read in main room. Really enjoyed our stay would revisit"
