"Hotel is very new so nice wood floors and stylish decor thru out Restaurant Siena was excellent "

"The property was comfortable and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable as well. The location is nice, and the neighborhood was quiet and private. The host responded with any questions and concerns in a timely fashion. "

"Assigned first room hadn’t been made up yet Trudged back to desk for another told me it was an upgrade it was not Beer on tap at bar room temperature bartender couldn’t tell the difference "

"Clean, Spacious, towels could be more whiter and may just need to be replaced after a while Other than that I will definitely go back "

"Everything else was fine except 1. The phone in the room was dead. I could not call the front desk. 2. The blower on the heater was as loud as a small airplane. I had to turn it off and couldnot call the desk internaly to report this. I tried the external phone number of the hotel, and only got a reservation line. So the only way to report that loud blower was to go to the lobby whicch I did not d as it was late. I turned it off"

"The area felt unsafe. The staff at the desk was pleasant but we had an issue with the heater and the maintenance person that came to the room was VERY unprofessional. We also think there was a language barrier. The bed was stiff as a board and the soap dispensers either didn't work or were empty. It seemed like they didn't care about their guests to us. "

"This house was so lovely, clean, cozy, and well-appointed - everything we could have asked for for a girls' weekend! And so close to the town of Westport with its excellent restaurants and shops. The best!"
