"To be clear, I'm rating this hotel based on its price of $80/night. Room was fresh and had no strong cleaning solution smell like we often find when budget hoteling. Nothing fancy but a comfortable bed and clean shower. We definitely enjoyed Big Joe serving up drinks at the adjacent Cantina and regret we didn't arrive early enough for food (kitchen closed at 9pm) Dislike: there are some long term residents and whoever was in the room above us was up all night with thumping and dragging noises. When the A/C was running full it did drown out the noises but no setting kept the A/C running constantly. This is NOT a slight on the motel; you can have a noisy neighbor even in an expensive hotel."

"the property was VERY clean, decorated just as pictured + came w/pots and pans just incase you wanted to cook .. location is amazing as well (in between 2 cities) 15 - 20 mins away from 3 different locations to float the river **it’s beyond 5 stars**"

"Everything was great… nice and clean. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. The only thing I would complain about would be there were no wash cloths for bathing. I did see the make up wash cloths, but nothing specific for the shower. Other than that, 5 stars!"
