Everything by was great but it didn ’t seem like my room had ventilation and it felt quite damp with a mildew smell. The staff were amazing and I really appreciated the late checkout.

Everything was really great! The staff was pleasant, and thanks to Hanes’s upgrades, we stayed in a suite instead of a standard room. As always, Hyatt had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were tasty too 😊

Quirky, excellent stay in Austin! I was very impresssed with the hotel vibe, staff, and room. The sushi restaurant was fantastic and also served as the breakfast buffet the next day.
