Dear Karen, you stayed on Saturday 3rd June and paid 123.98 for our double deluxe bedroom. We gave you a free upgrade to one of our superior rooms. You said it was your birthday and you got on well with Jill our Head of Service. You stayed in a lovely bedroom but you seem to want to complain about everything. We get very few complaints about the in room coffee, tea, towels and biscuits. In fact this is the first complaint like this. You had 2 bathsheets and 1 hand towel for one night. So 3 towels in total. I think most readers would think that perhaps your complaint is not justified. We don't offer biscuits or bottled water as our bedrooms are not super expensive. We also gave you a free upgrade to a much nicer bedroom so again I don't really see why you write such a negative review.Scott who got married here last year came back to stay with us as he's just come out of kidney dialysis. So he was really relaxing with his friends. One of his friends stayed in Stables Cottage with their dog but the dog barked in the garden so I asked Scott to get the dog down into the small sitting room which he did. At midnight I asked them to be super quiet and Scott said don't worry James we're going in 10 minutes which he did. I think kidney dialysis vs your complaints I'm afraid, for me, I'd look after Scott and tell you to take a running jump. But that's just me. Please don't stay with us again as you are simply too miserable. Regards James
