"Had to contact host an hour before arrival for check in details and no hot water or heating when I arrive even though the book stated it would be turned on. This was solved with a call to the service number. House was large and clean although upstairs did have a smell. Heating worked well and washing machine and airer were a handy addition. Kitchen was good and stocked with what we needed. Property about 45 mins drive from Edinburgh and train station was close. Small shops 5 mins away by car. Beds linens and towels were very clean"
