"The lodge is in a perfect location with so much nearby! The pub, loch insh, walks, but the house itself makes you want to stay home. The hot tub is great, the house is really well set up, and we just had such a fun weekend. My friends loved it and a few want to come back with family. Would highly recommend xx"

"What a lovely house in a beautiful place. Fantastic location, especially for the dogs. Different walks from the door every day. The house provided everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back The ground source heating meant that it wasn’t the warmest and therefore we could have done with more than a starter pack of logs. But, we were out most of the time anyway so not a big problem. Also the gates could do with fixing as they won’t close properly which could be a problem if a dog got out onto the road."

"Although Tony (the owner/manager) was very nice, there was a problem with the drainage in the en-suite so that we needed to use shared bathroom facilities and the rooms/bathrooms weren't cleaned before use. There is an expectation that guests muck in with the cleaning, which is not explained on booking the accommodation."

"This cottage was adorable and roomy. I loved the locations as there's a pub, cafe and general store all located within walking distance as well as nice walking trails. The owners were communicative and helpful. I would return here if given the chance!"

"Had an absolutely amazing stay at The Neuk. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Was great fun having the hot tub and ping pong table and amazing having the hot tub on and ready for our arrival! The beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed, was a great spacious house. The dealings with the company and owners was also very helpful, providing a speedy response to any queries had and being very accommodating. Overall a fantastic stay had at this wonderful property!"

"The cabin is in a beautiful setting, views don't get much better. The cabin itself is spacious enough for two families and it is well stocked with everything you might need. The pre Berlin wall Iron still works! The hosts were responsive and helpful. The cabin has a rustic charm however it needs a bit of money spent on it, the sofas have seen better days. That being said it wouldn't stop us going back. "
