"We liked our stay. The bed was great. Cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor and we appreciated the nice hot shower after a long day out. The breakfast was nice (I would only recommend to offer some milk to go with the coffee). The staff was attentive and friendly. "We had a lovely room with comfy beds and a great shower after our Inca Trail hike. The included dinner was good and the spa services were excellent. The staff was also very helpful holding our bags and delivering them to our room.. We also enjoyed walking around the area around the hotel and the market and it was only a block to walk to the train station."

"The sheets were stained and dirty, the location is extremely noisy, very thin walls and windows. You can hear the noise in the street until 3 AM.. not recommended for a relaxing stay. The whole room just felt dirty. Other than that, the price was good."

"Maylin was the standout member of a superb team of staff at the hotel. Everyone was so helpful and super friendly. The room was clean but a little worn in places, nothing to complain about. River view room is awesome but, with the river in full flow, it’s loud, didn’t stop us from sleeping though. Breakfast was good, decent selection and a cooked to order omelette was excellent. Easy walk from the train station and close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu. Would I go again, definitely "

"On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. They quickly arranged access to the spa so we could take a hot shower, and the front desk kindly helped dry our coats and shoes.
Thanks to their thoughtful assistance, we didn’t catch a cold after being drenched, and our trip continued smoothly. We are deeply grateful for their kindness and efficiency, and would like to extend our sincerest thanks to all three of them. Truly outstanding service that made a real difference in our journey!"
