We were warmly welcomed by the hotel concierge, whose name was Jovan, I believe (young gentleman with glasses). He was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay, providing recommendations and help when requested. Unfortunately he was not there when we checked out, another concierge took our final payment and was rather brusk and without the warmth we had previously experienced. On top of which, we realised after we had left, he had overcharged us for drinks bought in the bar the previous night (2 Aperol Spritz, made by a young waiter for the first time who subsequently kindly informed us he would only charge us for one of the drinks as they were not up to standard). Despite this we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. A delightful room (number 6), although a little too warm, a delicious, varied and plentiful breakfast and a fabulous location in the old town, walking distance to all the sights. Thank you.
