Great check in and out, very effecient. Receptionist noticed my mum had mobility issues and gave us room near to lift, without asking. Room very comfy. Lovely spacious room (family room) but would say that the bathroom is a bit grungy in comparison. Lovely lobby and decent dining area. Didn’t use the bar but looked bice. Perfect location for being right next to the convention centre.
