"Quiet & Clean. My Only concern is that others did not take care of the Kitchen area. Came back from Lunch, opened the Door to find out the Kitchen Stove was Left on. There could have been a Gas Leak or an explosion. Owners need to be more responsible & Not rent to those under the age of 25."

A short walk up and down a steep hill to the Balmain East ferry whence we explored Sydney Harbor and the city center. It’s all right there and very beautiful. "The property is close to the city and has parking however there are a number of issues with the property. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and took a long time to drain. The bathroom floor needed cleaning. There was considerable mould on the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain is supported by rope. There was also hair in the beds.
