"Great hotel for families, close to NASA. The breakfast is fully stocked, and the staff is very attentive to your needs. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so."

"My non smoking room had pot smoke roll out when I opened the door. Others staying near me were freely smoking pot in front of their rooms and around the corners. My frig and microwave were supposed to be in my room but were non-existent. Wifi didn't work...I had to do work and wasn't able to. TV only got local channels and only after the maintenance man effed with it for 15 mins. When I checked in the clerk tried to charge me $25 a night more than the Expedia price...I threatened to leave and he relented after we screamed at each other. After being there for 30 minutes and realizing that no wifi was forthcoming I went to the office and asked for a refund.....the clerk told me that because I had laid on the bed (while waiting for the maintenance man to come) he could not give me a refund.....we screamed at each other again and I left to go get a room in a reputable place. I will try to see if my credit card company will get me a refund due to this motel not delivering on what it said they would deliver. Expedia.....you should be ashamed."

"Way overpriced for what you get. The only slides that are for older kids were not open but a few hours. Self parking has gone up to $25, which was already overpriced. The nickel and diming never stopped, and the food was awful. The usual story with the pool side chairs——they were “taken” for hours although no one ever used them. Kids were bored within 24 hours so we went elsewhere. Way too expensive for the services offered. You’re better off staying at a resort that is family friendly and doing a waterpark, and it would likely be cheaper."

"I wish I would have gotten the name of the front desk employee who helped us during our stay because she was an absolute rock star! She was always on the go helping someone! We had an unexpected situation come up that required us to leave a day early. I told her, just so she knew the room could be cleaned a day earlier if needed. When she mentioned a refund, I told her we booked through a third party and would just eat the cost. She said she understood sometimes plans change, and encouraged us to contact the third party to see if a refund could be issued. If they reached out to her, she would approve it, and that’s exactly what happened! She was great and we will for sure be staying here in the future!"

"Our room smelled disgusting & musty! We only stayed for one night as planned. But we told the front desk staff about the smell as we were leaving. Everything else about the trip was perfect. We could have changed rooms but we got in about 3 AM so we were too tired to exchange but overall it was a very decent experience. We have stayed here in the past and we will probably stay here again."

"Clean room, staff was welcoming and asking if they could provide any additional things for us, reference was ready in on time and the parking was close to the front door. We had a quick stay and weren’t there any longer than one night, but we were very pleased with our reservation and the facility and the staff."
