"I booked a single room which was ok. A little tired but obviously, the main rooms with a view possibly being sorted first. The other rooms left early in the morning and left the doors slam which kept me awake from the early hours. Door fixings need to b more gentle when they close. I did ring down to reception but failed to get an answer as I was having trouble with the tv remote. Unable to get the volume increased. I’m sure, in time, all the rooms will b renovated."

"Easy parking at the front. Staff very friendly and helpful. In fact one who's name ive forgotten even gave me a little jug of milk for my room because i didn't have enough. I didn't have breakfast but ate both evenings and the food was absolutely delicious. My room was huge but still cosy and beautifully decorated. I would most definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. "

"The staff were lovely, the room was spacious and very clean. If I had to find fault all I could say would be that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak The food was really great, good buffet breakfast with freshly ground coffee. The evening meal was delicious, good choice for vegitarians. A walk to the ruined Bishops Palace next door was a great. Amazing riuns lota of the old building to explore. The Hotel is set waway from main roads etc and was very peacfull and quiet. "

"The rooms are nice Im this Hotel. My only suggestion would be to install smart televisions as Free view is too basic nowadays. The restaurant is good."

"The room was great and the staff were so friendly and accommodating the entire trip. I did the Iron Man Wales and everyone there did all they could to make sure I got rest and everything I needed before the race. "
