"We recently stayed at this resort, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The resort was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was actually our third time staying here, and we have always enjoyed the atmosphere and service. However, we were very disappointed with the restaurant reservation system. According to the website, reservations open at 8:00 a.m. on the same day, but every time I tried to reserve right at 8:00 a.m., the system showed that everything was already fully booked. This happened several days in a row. During our previous visits, the restaurants operated on a first-come, first-served basis, which worked much better for guests. The new reservation system does not seem to function as advertised, and it was frustrating not being able to secure a reservation despite trying exactly when reservations opened. I hope the resort reviews this system or improves the process so guests can actually access the dining options that are advertised."

The property is absolutely beautiful, the room was perfect, and the location couldn’t have been better. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was great every morning, and the airport transportation made everything super easy. It truly couldn’t have been a better trip.
