"This property was beautiful, and peaceful. I was only able to stay for a few days but I was still able to experience how warm and welcoming the entire staff was. The food was also amazing, one of the best that I experienced at an all inclusive resort. Everything was flavorful, which is exactly how I like it. The resort had amazing bartenders as well. When I come back to Jamaica I promise to stay at this resort again. My friend and I had an amazing time."

"The hotel is very nice. Grounds are well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though you have to cross the street to get to the beach, there’s a crossing guard on duty and once you get to beach is totally worth it. Beautiful clean beach with plenty of palapas. Will recommend and most likely stay at Sunset on the Palms again. "

"Check in/out was quck and simple. The food was delicious. Our butler O'Neil was amazing. Came with a family of 9 and we all enjoyed it. Only complaint is the room my daughter and I had the A/C did not work well at all. Will definitely recommend resort and hope to return soon. "

"I enjoyed greatly the warm hospitality of the staff. Especially Latoya Jackson who treated my daughter and I kindly from the first day on arrival to the very last day. At breakfast and lunch she would seat us and check in frequently to ensure we were ok. Another exceptional staff was Kenisha who served us at the lobby bar, a thoughtful, pleasant person who was attentive to us on the many occasions we would stop by there on our way to dinner. There are many other pleasant encounters with the staff for whom we knew not their names. Overall it was a pleasant stay, few small hiccups with choice of room but this was resolved. "

"Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The water sports options are fantastic. I highly recommend their scuba instructor "Sugar" if you are looking to get your certification. All of the chairs on the beach and around the pool have a float cushion and there were plenty of open chairs available. The beach was so beautiful. No seaweed on the beach. Food and drinks were great. The coffee bar was perfect and had delicious espresso drinks. Buildings were close together so no long walks to get to dinner like some resorts."
