"The house was clean and neat. Unfortunately there were a few problems. The master bath shower was unusable due to a bad shower head. Also you couldn’t make use of the very nice deck during the day since the umbrella was broken. The open shed on the deck was loaded with junk that was easily visible. The front yard had foot tall weeds."
