Lagoon front beach house

Welcome to this stunning 7 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach house on the lagoon with an added powder room with a sink! Enjoy an extended family vacation sipping wine watching the sunset over the waterfront. First floor contains a queen bedroom with a Jack and Jill full bath adjoining into a family room for family fun night with two couches one being a queen sleeper sofa!, living room, dining room, island kitchen with separate breakfast nook as well as a sunroom overlooking the water and a half bath. The second floor contains the master suite (king sized bed with master bath with a steam shower), 4 bedrooms with queen size beds and a perfect kids suite which is 2 adjoining rooms. One of the adjoined rooms has a bunk bed (twin over full) and a separate twin. The second adjoined room has a bunk bed (twin over full), the full bath and the powder room with a sink. The house has been renovated and has all brand new plush mattresses, brand new furniture, brand new appliances, and 9 brand new TVs. Second floor also boasts amazing water view off a small nook where you can play board games, read a book or just relax. Off of that is an outdoor balcony.

The yard contains a small deck and a lower deck off the dock. Enjoy the paddle boards and kayaks in the lagoon. Please always use life jackets when going in the lagoon. Life jackets are located in the the deck box. (Kayaks and Paddle Boards are available from April through October). Basketball hoop in driveway!

Due to sanitary reasons, no bedding, comforters, sheets or towels will be supplied! Please bring your own.

ONLY PILLOWS WILL BE SUPPLIED!

We were visiting the area for our daughter’s wedding and had a great weekend at this beautiful home. It was warm & welcoming and perfect for our group of family and friends. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked. Gina was very nice and accommodating letting us arrive a little earlier to get situated for our exciting event. We would definitely recommend this property. We had a great stay at this beautiful place.

Family Stay

Great house for extended family stay. The house had the perfect layout for a large group gathering/spending time together before/during/after our wedding event. Gina the host was very accommodating letting us check in hours early which made the stay very relaxing and not rushed. The location was perfect not far from anything. It was very easy to get to the event, stores, beach and restaurants were all very close. The house was clean, and put together with everything we needed.Thank you for our stay!!!

Family event down the shore

Gathered the extended family down the shore for an event. The house was a very nice and easy venue, perfect for our needs. Lots of amenities and a great place to walk around. Close to good food and shopping even off season.

The house was super nice, clean, and exactly as described. It was a perfect house for a friend get together, or even a family get together. Loved having access to the paddleboards, and kayaks as we used them while we were there.

Beautiful!!

We had a fantastic time at this property! The house is exactly as described. The outside space is beautiful with a great view. The lagoon was fun with the paddle boards and kayaks! Highly recommend!

Short and very sweet stay!!

My family and freinds came down to see a Christmas play in Beach Haven for only one night and it was lovely! Place is very organized and clean and Gina couldn't have been more easy to reach and very accomodating. I hope we can come back down in the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities.

Wedding weekend with large family

13 Adults stayed over the weekend for a familly wedding. Plenty of room, quiet location with kayaks and paddle boards. The place was well equipped and the owner emailed me in advance to make sure that all of our needs would be met. The family all loved the place and we would happily stay there again.

Amazing home on the bay

This house is just amazing! There’s nothing this homeowner hasn’t thought of! The house is pristine with so much space, rooms are perfect with plenty of beds, kitchen is large with plenty of seating, quiet location on the bay and honestly this house has it all. Would love to stay there again and you won’t be disappointed.

We cannot say enough about this home. The owner thought of everything you could possibly need. Things we didn’t even expect to have in the kitchen...The home is beautiful inside and out. More than enough room for our family vacation. Gina is super responsive with responding to messages and never seemed annoyed with my many questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway in LBI, house exactly as listed

Gina was very responsive. The home was very clean, spacious, exactly as advertised in listing. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms to get us all ready for the wedding. Kitchen had all necessary appliances and was stocked with supplies which we appreciated. Costco was a few minutes away as were other stores. Ladies Sleep Over

We had the MOST amazing time at the property! This house has everything you could possibly need. The only thing I wish, was that our stay was longer! Booking and check in was a breeze. The home was clean, well maintained. Ample parking for all. View is beautiful and the home is SO SPACIOUS (11 females). Gina thought of everything with this property. I would LOVE to visit again in the warmer months! 10 out of 10 experience!!

Noreaster birthday

We loved this house!!! Had a mini weekend for my husband's 40th birthday and the house was gorgeous! Unfortunately we had a noreaster hit while we were there but we made the most of it! House was very spacious that we did not feel crammed inside all weekend. Close to all major stores, and still feels away from everything and private. Very clean house and loved the bathtub in the master! Thank you so much!

A Perfect Family Getaway!!

Our family vacation was absolutely unforgettable. This beautiful home was the ideal setting for our multi-generational gathering of 14, including entertaining three teenagers who had the time of their lives. The property itself is impressive. From the minute we stepped foot inside, we were captivated by the stunning views and natural light flooding the rooms. The surrounding scenery added a serene backdrop while sitting on the deck or just looking out the windows. The spacious living area provided ample room for everyone to spread out. We loved the open layout, which made it easy to socialize, whether we were enjoying a meal together or just lounging around. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare delicious meals and snacks--all we had to bring was the food. It truly felt like a home away from home. Gina was very accommodating and responsive. This house exceeded all our expectations. It provided a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and comfort. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to a future stay. Highly recommend for families looking for a memorable vacation spot!
