"We stayed at this property once, and are already planning our next stay! Our family had such a blast, everything was so accessible. Communication with our hosts was open and easy via email and text. Both check-in and check-out was a breeze; we literally showed up, presented a DL and was given the keys, check-out was just a drop-off. The arcade and many dining options available paired with the convenience of having a full size kitchen made it worth while. Thanks Cozy Suites!"

"Supposed to sleep 4 and there wasn’t enough pillows. This should be a given. When requested for additional pillows they responded that the hotel was completely booked and there were no more pillows available!!!! That’s just a small part of what’s wrong with this place. "

"My room needed to be changed due to the smell of smoke. After room change my room was fine. Beds are extremely comfortable. The Showboat, that CozySuites shares the facility with, is a dive."
