"Ive been here quite a few times. the resort is stating to show its age due to sloppy maintenance. The people ding the repairs are no very good and repairs and maintenance shows it.this resort is beautiful, but is not being maintained as such. Once a tremendous jewel is very lackluster. Staff morale shows the same thing. Going to give it one more try and if things don't improve I just wont be going back"

"The staff was outstanding! They were very attentive and really made you feel that you were a part of their Jamaican family! I liked our bungalow it was very spacious although somewhat dated with some fresh curtains and furniture. That would be fabulous. The food was excellent; I enjoyed the morning breakfast the best with Georgia starting my day with her smile! I looked forward every evening to Henry always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. The girls from the front desk to housekeeping to the bar made every day a blessing! Special love to Tina, Maraceli, Kimi for always smiling you are truly beautiful inside and out! I believe his name is Roman and the other security guards for getting me across the road safely throughout my stay! I want to come back already! Much Love and Respect! Dave and Donna"

"Everything went well except sink in the bathroom did not flow out properly and although reported, no attempt was made to have it fixed. The steak house dinner was like a production line. It was kind of a rush where my spouse finished before and they took his plate making me feel like I should hurry to finish. Overall the stay was good. The nightly entertainment was very good."
