"The property was clean and maintained. They had a very small area where they were fixing a villa 11. My thoughts is most likely damaged from Melissa. But it honestly never disturbed us or our plans. The construction workers were extremely kind and always said hi or good morning when we would walk by. The staff at this resort is amazing. We’ve been to a lot of all inclusive. But this one felt so welcoming and inviting. Everyone of their staff was kind and friendly. Even the landscapers. It was really refreshing. There was always some one asking if you needed anything or how your stay was going. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This was our first trip to Jamaica and to an all inclusive … so take it for what you will. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The pools and jacuzzis were very nice. Our room was great but the property really is huge so if you have ANY trouble walking … it could be an issue if you are on one side of the property. We enjoyed all the restaurants. The policy they have on tipping is not the reality of the situation. It’s unfortunate that they put it out there as their “policy” because it certainly set us up to not be prepared to meet tipping expectations as we would have liked to be. Our housekeeper literally ambushed us the evening before our last night. It just would have been better without telling guests it’s included … just let it be expected because that is what it is. It just left the ick after all was said and done. Thinking we weren’t doing something consistently as it was expected by the staff. Beautiful sunsets … the locals selling on the beach/approaching you….is pretty consistent like sunrise to sunset offering… oh and the beach… the chairs are consistently being “held” a couple days we couldn’t find anywhere to sit and had to come back in the afternoon. It was a bit of a learning vaca for first AI and first Jamaica… some good and not so good… we were very lucky with the weather"

"Love the layout of our suite, we had a king bed with full bathroom with a balcony and our kids had a room with two full beds and a full bathroom as well. Kitchenette area and TV area. It was perfect for our family and our overnight stay in Negril. The staff was wonderful, very courteous and reception staff was very commendable. I totally forgot the name of the staff that checked us in but she was amazing, we were fortunate to see her when we were checking out as well. Her customer service was Superb! The servers we had at breakfast were also a delight and I can honestly say the food was great and enjoyable. I would definitely return again with my family. It was a very lovely and relaxing stay with the Travelers Beach Resort crew."

"Our room was very clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing! My butlers, Okeen and Nicholas, were outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always on top of everything. They made us feel so welcome and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The bartenders were also fantastic and very personable. Carrieanne was so much fun and made some amazing drinks! Everyone we encountered helped make our stay special. This was absolutely the best vacation I’ve ever had! The exceptional service, welcoming atmosphere, and amazing staff made the entire experience unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond to make our vacation so incredible. "I enjoyed my stay at Azul. The property was beautiful, the staff was fantastic and the food was great. The furniture in the room and certain places were a bit dated but outside of that, everything was fine. The seven mile beach was incredible and they put on a good show at nice, There is a club with a DJ that starts at 11pm and ends around 1. All in all, I had a great time and would visit again."
