"The room was actually cleaner the day after we arrived than it was on the day we checked in, which was disappointing and not the standard we expected. The television in our room also did not work the entire stay. We reported the issue to the service desk several times each day, but an IT technician didn’t come until the night before we checked out. When you book a room, you expect the amenities to work. We were told they tried to call us, but we shouldn’t have to stay in the room all day waiting for maintenance while we’re on vacation. We should be able to enjoy the beach and the resort, not sit around waiting for someone to fix a television. At night we like to relax and watch local shows after a long day, and unfortunately we didn’t get to do that during our stay. Overall, it was frustrating and not the experience we expected."

"As soon as we got there, we were met with the most friendliest staff and escorted to our seats for check in. Check in was very easy and smooth. The entirety of our stay, the staff was excellent, the property was very well taken care of, the food was great, and we felt safe the entire time with security walking around. This was our honeymoon, and it was absolutely worth it!"

"Overall it was pretty good. What they can improve is their internet connection throughout the resort. Stuff was very friendly and welcoming everywhere. It was clean. We did not do the spa so I can’t say anything about that."
