"I think the pool should be advertised as not heated. It was family friendly for the most part. But it really needs a good cleaning. Inside cupboards was dirty. "

"Maria at check-in was very nice and pleasant. Generally the place is rough. Has been painted and clean but switch plates are not straight and oversized. Shower faucet leaks and sprays on wall which will cause further damage. Carpet in hallway stained and worn. Can tell just did a fluff and buff remodel. "

It is always a relief when a place matches the listing, and this one absolutely delivered.The neighborhood was fantastic too. It felt safe, quiet, and well-kept, which made the whole experience even better. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Another huge bonus was the easy access to the green belt, which made for great morning walks and a really peaceful start to the day.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we would gladly come back again."

The pool was fabulous, the hot tub was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day and everyone in our group took turns enjoying the pool table. The house is much larger than we expected and very well appointed. The kitchen is probably the best stocked of any vacation rental we’ve experienced. The owner was highly responsive when we had a quick question about the electronics. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Litchfield Park (near Phoenix) we would highly recommend this property. "
