Delightful hotel with amazing breakfast

The palace was a unique and delightful hotel. We ate dinner at the wine bar across the parking lot which was delicious. The complementary wine was a treat. The breakfast was one of my favorites in all my travels. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Palace beauty

The posada is a historic building. The hotel has its age yet is kept well. Beds were good, so was the breakfast. Most recognition goes to the staff who were very nice and helpful in terms e.g. where to eat. Good location also for trips to Cascais, Sintra or Lisbon.

A unique historic hotel, loaded with the charm. Very friendly and helpful staff and wonderful breakfast buffet. Only downside was the air conditioning did not work well. Fortunately for us, we had beautiful weather with cool nights so sleeping with open windows was not a problem.

Just charming - no restaurant on site but don’t fret there are lovely restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast is onsite and they provide a great spread. The area Surrounding the hotel makes this a five star

Beautiful Property directly across fro the stunning National Palace. The most incredible helpful staff and an outstanding buffet breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean and free parking was available and very convenient Close to the railway station for easy access into Lisbon and Sintra. There were some restaurants close to the hotel. The town of Queluz it self around the hotel is somewhat run down but does not distract from the wonderful hotel and staff

The room was very spacious,clean,and lovely. The breakfast was the best out of the four hotels I stayed at in Portugal. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, and many Portuguese desserts. The hotel front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly. There are many cobblestone streets around the hotel, so it's a little difficult to move around with a suitcase, but if you take a bus from Monte Abraão train station, you can get off near the hotel. If you have large luggage and it is a busy time, please call a taxi instead of getting on the bus. If you don't have much luggage, you can walk from either Monte Abraão or Queluz-Belas train stations, but I felt more comfortable walking from Monte Abraão station.
