Beautiful hotel. Room and balcony was amazing. Good location. Very handy to walk into Cascais but still in a very quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend to others and return ourselves
The hotell is very cosy och beautiful, with a spectacular garden and quite at night but still in the central part of Cascais. The breakfast was really good.
Wonderful hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. The room was excellent, large, clean and even had a decent coffee maker. The views into the garden are amazing, especially as the whole garden was full in bloom. The swimming pool, was refreshing, and not crowded. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the beach.
Casa Vela is an oasis even in a beautiful place like Cascais. Green, with fountains and ponds, so peaceful. Really wonderfully staff too. We really enjoyed Casa Vela.
Casa vela is truly an experience you need to do. The plants, flowers all over the place are so charming. The staff is nice. The breakfast is very good. The neighboorhood is also super pretty.
Just home from a great holiday staying in this small boutique hotel.Staff made us feel very welcome & friendly. Hotel very clean, & what we enjoyed most was the peace found in the garden reading & relaxing.Breakfasts were excellent, & the 24hour free coffee dock was a lovely touch. Thank-you for looking after us.

What a beautiful hidden gem just minutes away from the downtown area of Cascais. The gardens were incredible, and our room was perfect. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Cascais. 10/10
The Casa Vela is simply lovely. The room we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was well provisioned. But the best thing about the hotel fir me was the garden - set on various levels, with pools and open spaces, it was perfect to relax in.
Amazing place for a relaxing stay in Cascais just a quiet ~10 min walk from the main hub. Great combination of convenience, nature, and amenities with two pools, a wood-fire sauna, cold plunge, and on-site massage service as well as yoga classes. Cozy ambiance, clean, and very friendly and accommodating staff!
Minor note if you plan on renting a bike to explore the nearby coast - we had several issues with the onsite rental options, so I would recommend getting a bike at a rental shop on the coast instead. Also, you need cash (euro) for on-site services including massage and rentals.
