Good value, and clean - 2 excellent service

Very clean, and just as pictured. Received amazing pictures from service from Marthe ( reception), she found me an extension of a cord, and extra towels and warmed up my dinner.. Could 'not ask for nicer/ kinder service. Excellent English ALSO. I booked 2 more nights later this month

It was a very good hotel with a couple areas that need Improvement. The drain in the shower was terrible. After five minutes you have to turn the shower off otherwise it will overflow. The location of the hotel is not good, you’re not near anything except a McDonald’s and a grocery store. The staff is great and they care for the property.

Better cleaning needed.

Hotel overall what you expect for the location and price point. Rooms were recently refreshed and nice. Problem was cleanliness. Carpet in common areas and attention to detailed cleaning like base boards in the rooms ruined what could be a good review.

Staff was very nice. They let us check in before and that really made a difference on our day because of our long travels . Breakfast choices can be improved . Lots of carbs and fatty foods. Suggestion to add hard boiled eggs and more fruit choices . Coffee was good. Quality of linens very good. Area seemed safe but not close to public transportation. There is a close parking next to the train station and if you rent a car it’s ok .

The staff was very nice and friendly, always very professional. Rooms were cleaned everyday, towels and bedsheets were changed as well. However, some clients were too loud. Speaking loudly in the corridors which also made us realise the walls are way too thin. The access is ok when you have a car but if you don’t drive, it isn’t as easy to get there (no transports nearby). Good points : there is a lidl a few meters away and a mcdonald’s right beside the hotel!!

Not so impressed

First impression was not great, cleanliness-wise. Well located right off the highway & near some stores. However, once I checked in, the bathroom sink was dirty, barely any shampoo in the shower, dirt in the hallway & the A/C wasn’t working & it was very hot. I went to the front desk & the friendly hotel staff quickly apologized & relocated us to another room.

The hotel was clean and housekeeping services was on point. Unfortunately this hotel could not get the air conditioning to turn on. They told us it must be turned on by the staff at the front desk, but both nights were without air conditioning despite us our ask. We opened the window, but it is noisy outside. Would not recommend this in the summer.

this is not an ideal hotel, particularly for anyone staying without a car. • The room/breakfast is basic which is tolerable for a short stay. • There is a lot of traffic noise from the freeway close by. • There is no option for eating within walking distance other than Macdonalds. • It took me one hour to get an Uber this morning (understand the traffic was bad and it’s raining).

Good stay for what you pay

Our stay was good. We knew it was budget friendly, and so you get what you pay for. Our shower did not drain, and the AC was not working well. However, for an affordable stay I would recommend it, as well as return again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good, clean, and functional

Shower drain was so slow had to stop mid shower to wait for it to drain so it dud not flood. Asked room to be cooled down - 2x - was overheated ( heat pump has in room control but would not cool room down). Was 23 degrees according to central controls but felt worse and was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. Note: weather outside was not hot about 12...

Very disappointed, hallway carpets were so dirty, drain in shower was blocked, very noisy environment and there is not any wall insulation that you can hear other rooms easily. Staff was not available over night. Area was hard to find by Uber and every time had issue with drivers to find the hotel. Not a good experience at all
