"This property is in the heart of old town! Comes to life middle of the day and late at night! The streets are loud but the hotel room was well insulated and no disturbance while sleeping. "Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."
