"The hotel and staff was excellent. The was a hiccup at picking-up from the airport because the pick-up point was not clearly indicated. The hotel should be conscious that not all the guests from the world are familiar with the setup, therefore, they should provide a map when the reservation is confirmed, indicating clearly the point where exactly inside the huge car parking to wait for the hotel's car. A picture of the car (showing the branded logo) in that particular picking-up spot would help too."
