"This hotel was great. We loved the Christmas display on the front of the hotel and inside. George greeted us and was so helpful parking our car and bringing our suitcases to the room. "We had a bit of trouble getting checked in. I had to contact the property to get the check in form and then the process didn't work. It was frustrating that the contact phone number is for the USA when the accommodation is in Romania, that's a lot of international calling charges if you have issues like we did. Upon checking in, we were quite disappointed to not have the sofa bed in the second bedroom made up as a bed. We booked the apartment with 2 adults and 3 children, but only the one bed...
