"To start, the rooms were absolutely beautiful. The decor, cleanliness, views, coziness of the beds…I could go on and on. The skyline view of Cambridge was beyond compare. Plus, the restaurants were within minutes walking distance and sooo good. Lastly, the check-in process with our host turned out to be the friendliest, kindest, and most gracious experience, I have ever had, in my decades visiting Canada. Hands down (and Canadians are super nice, as is!) I would recommend staying at The Laundry Rooms to everyone far and wide."

"Overall, a fairly decent stay. The room could use some updating, but it was clean and comfortable, which made it perfectly fine for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which definitely made a positive impression. The location was a bit noisier than I’m used to (I live on a farm, so that may just be me), and there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of attractions or things to do. One downside was that the window screen was completely torn out, so I wasn’t able to leave the window open for fresh air without bugs getting in. Overall, not a bad stay, but a few small improvements would make a big difference."

"I stayed for 4 nights at the Cambridge Hotel and Suite, on the third day I noticed 4 bug bites, at first I thought they were from the noseeums that were seen at the bar the day before. Unfortunately the bites multiplied quickly and by the time I returned home on the 5th night I had over 30 bites. I used the Maple app, to try to confirms what the bites were and was told that the bites were from Bed Bugs. The Hotel was overall a nice hotel, it looked clean and the staff, very friendly, they have an excellent breakfast and the bar is a convenient location to grab a beer and a meal. The bartender is excellent and has a great sense of humor."

"Staff were great and check in was smooth. We didn't use the amenities so can't comment. The restaurant was conveniently located in the hotel too. Only comment was the bed sheet quality and they were very starchy, bed was super comfortable though."

"The staff were very pleasant, and we were able to check-in early. Our Sigmund Freud theme room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The Library Bar has a very classic vibe and delicious cocktails. This hotel is a hidden, historic gem. I’d highly recommend it for business or pleasure."
