"This was amazing stay overall. Great location, lots to do in the area, amazing staff. Totally recommend people to try the stay here. Oh also good breakfast to start off day. We will be back one day. :). "
"Location is really well to get to any spots and transportation.
Mariana and staffs were so friendly and made good contact before and after we arrived at the stay.
Also, breakfast super nice!"
"Wonderful B&B that was clean, safe, affordable, centrally located and with very helpful staff. Ajita was exceptionally helpful with our arrival, recommending where to eat and what to see during our visit. She also served us several nice breakfasts. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. "
"The studio was just as pictured and furnished
Lovely. It was also very clean and lots of shopping to walk too. On weekends the are craft fairs with local items to buy across the street. Lots of places to party but our room was very quiet. I’d definitely stay there again. "
"This property is amazing. My husband and I wanted to change the rest of our trip just to stay here longer. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is amazing, they bring service to whole new level. We did visit the hotel bar and again, great service. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this haven to anyone!"

"Everything was great. Check in was fast and easy. Most friendly and helpful person at the front desk. Our room wasn't large but it adequate, modern and very clean, as was the bathroom. Loved the double sinks. We used electrical outlets behind night tables for charging. Both the hotels we have stayed in so far on this trip have small refrigerators in the room, which we really use and appreciate. On the other hand, neither hotel had a place to put your clothes. A small closet for hanging things is not enough. How about a small chest of drawers to avoid living out of a suitcase.? This said, we would recommend this
hotel to anyone."
"The breakfast was amazing! It was included and we could order off the menu or eat from the beautiful buffet. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the views from our hotel room of Porto reached the river! We walked everywhere, so plenty of things to do within walking distance and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
Wine & Books Porto Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was friendly, courteous & helpful throughout our stay. We were welcomed with a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival.
Our double superior room with a balcony was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The balcony was large, but the view could’ve been better. The placement of the glass shower within the room’s living space, rather than the bathroom, was somewhat odd to us and could be uncomfortable depending upon one’s travel companion and the lack of privacy, but we got used to it.
The location of the hotel was great!
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay at one of the Wine & Books properties again based upon our recent experience.

InterContinental Porto - Palacio das Cardosas by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Despite being on a main square and in the midst of the ubiquitous construction all over Porto the hotel is a quiet haven, close to major sites and across the street from a main train station so it was very convenient. The staff are all great and it is very clean and quiet "
"A very fun and hip hotel. There’s a ping pong table in the lobby. The bed and towels were comfy. They even had condoms available in the rooms - responsible public health intervention! The restaurants were great. I loved all the food. The roof top bar with pool has a wonderful view of the sunsets!"
