The room size was amazing, I enjoyed having very reasonable priced cocktails at the bar. My safe could not be used - it was broken. Maybe check this before guests are welcomed into the room.

I loved everything about my stay here except for: 1. I had trouble controlling the air conditioning temperature and there were no instructions - it seemed to have a mind of its own! 2. No blockout curtains on the windows if you want to sleep in. Everything else was fabulous.

Even though there was reasonable number of guests staying we never felt like there were many people around. Only at breakfast was it noticable how many were actually staying. Over all quiet and peaceful and easy walking distance to Healsville centre

The facility as a whole was clean, modern, chic and spacious at the same time. Very friendly and efficient staff. After-hours check-in was easy to negotiate and hassle-free. Room was warm and toasty on arrival, plenty of light during the day and numerous ambient light options for both lounge, office and bedroom during the evening. In-room dishwasher, laundry facilities, bathrobe and slippers - a welcome treat. Jetted bath in bathroom and balcony for smokers were my main selling point.

The property was fantastic! It was so quiet, comfortable, clean and a very spacious one bedroom apartment. We will definitely be visiting again!

Loved the place although I would prefer latex pillows above feather. Staff were incredible, so willing to appease us in both reception, dinner and breakfast. Very grateful for their flexibility, Michelle and Darren

OMG Pet friendly!!! With great rooms/apartments which have really nice modern furniture & carpet not like other pet friendly places! And no smell don’t know how they do it! Amazing 😆 The staff are so nice & helpful plus the price is fantastic! We will be going back for sure ❤️

During this time of self isolation I have been in Melbourne for medical reasons and the staff at Quest have been very supportive during such a difficult time.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Originally a 1 night stay. It we called and added a night with no issues, matched the cost Clean, tidy and quiet Only thing was there is one small lift to service the whole accommodation Friendly and helpful staff Excellent facilities including toaster kettle cooking facilities.

Looks can be deceptive very plain from the outside but our room was beautiful, the bathroom was modern & inviting and our stay was perfect.

This hotel in an ideal position for a visit to students at Deakin University in Burwood. It is a bit older but extremely clean and well maintained with all the facilities needed for a short stay. It has a coles supermarket opposite so could easily prepare breakfast in the room. We will definitely stay here again.
