Marina Del Mar Resort and Marina

"We loved staying at Marina Del Mar Resort 4 my son’s 14th B-Day Fishing Trip Weekend! We picked the Marina View Room w 2 Queen Beds. Our purpose was just 2 have a nice view & a place 2 sleep & shower as the entire weekend was meant 2 please my young fisherman & be outdoors enjoying the beautifulKeys & finding fish 2 fish!lol So I was looking 4 an affordable place knowing we will be outdoors most of the time.I was so glad with my pick! The entire room was huge & very comfortable. The kitchen & bathroom areas were very spacious. Please keep in mind when renting here that this is not a modern property & there is nothing modern inside the room. The kitchen lacks many cooking basic utensils & no pans at all, but only a small grill that worked perfect 4 my kid’s eggs & bacon breakfast. The stove was really old but it worked. Is all doable , just pack all kitchen basics and it will be all right ..If you want an affordable spacious room with a kitchen, a gorgeous marina view & nice pool this is an excellent choice. I truly enjoyed the view both during day and so beautiful at night with the lights. Please notice Room #302 where we stayed does not have a balcony within the room but outside of the glass door.It was a corner unit & that large porch area is like your own balcony. I put the chairs outside & enjoyed completely with total privacy day & night as no one was adjacent.The beds were super comfy. The staff was very nice & the pool area was so beautiful! I totally recommend it!"

"Our stay was pleasant having our dogs for this trip been easy, very dog friendly one of the main thing why we chose this place. Staff like Kim is always been kind and helpful. Our room is always clean when we come back for our daily tour around the keys. Very good sunset spot"

"Stayed in build 7 and it had a great view restaurant was good the bars where nice and most of all I booked a fishing trip with Whiskey Throttle guide service and Sean put me on a dinosaur of a tarpon and boy was it a beast. If the fishing is slow grab Whiskey Throttle for a great water adventures."
