"This charming hotel felt like visiting friends in Venice. The location is excellent for conveniently exploring the top sights in Venice. Our room and beds were very comfortable and pretty. The hotel's multiple public spaces were lovely and relaxing. The staff was patient and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"A beautiful hotel with old world charms. The room is spacious and elegantly furnished. The room has a small window but it gives a gorgeous rooftop view of the neighborhood. Walking into the hotel you immediately recognize it's a historic site. The staff at front desk is very friendly and helpful. You can have them book dinner or water taxi reservations. The walk from closest water shuttle stop takes about 12-15 mins. But with the gravel pavement and several bridges to cross, it's more than just the time especially if you carry luggage. But if you take water taxi, the hotel has its own dock, which brings you right into the lobby. "

"Expedia Hotel Review – Family Stay We had an amazing family stay in Venice. We were traveling with two children, and after an 8-hour flight delay, we arrived at 2:00 AM. Despite the late hour, the staff welcomed us warmly and could not have been more accommodating, which meant so much after a long travel day. When we left just two days later at 6:00 AM, the hotel again went above and beyond by preparing breakfast to go and kindly seeing us off. These thoughtful touches made traveling with kids so much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of four. The location is unbeatable — steps from the Rialto Bridge and right next to the water bus, making Venice easy and stress-free to navigate. This was our favorite stay of our entire trip through Europe. The front desk staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could and highly recommend it to families visiting "

"The hotel is in a great location. We had a great time in Venice and the staff were very helpful. The only confusion was the breakfast which we thought was paid for,as part of our reservation, but we were charged for breakfast during our checkout. Otherwise everything else was great"
