"We stay at the hotel very much. The owners and operators, Jean-Michel and Catherine, were very warm and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the courtyard and garden below. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Not very often you get to stay in a fabulous Hotel found within castle walls in a medieval city built some +800 years ago. An amazing experience for my daughter and I made all that more special due to five star service and extraordinary dining and amenities. Highly recommended."

"This a charming boutique hotel right in front of the main gate of the citadel. We really enjoyed our stay and we can only praise the staff and the quality of the hotel. Our only slight disappointment was the layout of the room and what we have seen it seems that they all share the same flaws. While the quality, cleanliness and space was there, we found the room crowded and badly designed. For example there is only one small table that is overloaded with a coffeemaker, a lamp and a pile of documents about everything and anything. That the easy one to fix. The bathroom is weirdly designed, same feeling it seems the architect wanted to put all possible things in a too small area for that. You have a shower, a bath, a toilet and a double sink in a space of 2.5 by 3 meters. It doesn’t really fit, leading with a tiny shower and the toilet right in front of it and no space to circulate between the sinks and the bath."

"If you are afraid of the dark, this is the place for you, because the curtains are too short to block the bright lights outside. Are you the curious type? You’ll be happy to know that, due to poor sound insulation, you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you, the hall, the lobby and the nearby roadway. Seriously, after an excellent experience at the Campanile Limoges this was a let down. We booked here specifically because they were supposed to have a restaurant but we received notice the night before that it was closed for two weeks. The breakfast buffet was very basic and was frequently out of the few items it had. The pool and the patio look nice, but we would not stay here again."
