"The view of Edinburgh Castle out of my window was amazing—a clean and lovely hotel. I must mention that the room did not have air conditioning, so I had to leave the window open at night, which was a bit loud until late because of the wonderful bars and restaurants in that area, but that view made up for it. "The lighting is very dark when you walk into this hotel, but the ambience is actually rather good. Bar and restaurant areas were well laid out. Food was good. Room was very clean, comfortable, and a good size. Location is great if you are passing by Edinburgh."
