"This hotel is an absolute gem. Beautifully designed throughout. Staff were wonderful from the beginning with quick responses to emails and whatsapps and a friendly greeting on arrival. Room was modern and well furnished with everything you would need- tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, safe, TV etc. Comfortable bed and great sound proofing. Well designed shower room is separated from the main room by an opaque flexiglass partition. A nice touch to receive bottles of water and some chocolates. Reception is on the top/5th floor and there is a 24/7 supply of great coffee from the bean to cup machine. The lovely, large rooftop bar is just through reception and when I was there they had a "happy hour" where they offered a glass of very good wine. No breakfast in the hotel, but there are countless places for breakfast within a few minutes of the hotel - including Tal Bagels, which has numerous options. Excellent value for money. I will definitely stay here again."

"I can't praise enough this hotel. The location is great, the property is well maintained, the rooms are small but well appointed, but what makes a real difference is the staff. They are all fantastic! Before you can ask, they already figure out what you need and arrange it for you. Everyone is helpful, but the general manager Hetzy Talay is a gem! By the way, ask him about the history of the hotel. It will be a treat! INK will be our home away home whenever we are in Tel Aviv. Thank you Hetzy for a wonderful visit."

"The staff at Maxim are professional and attentive. The lobby and lounge area is bright, well-lit, and nicely decorated. The breakfast is excellent in every way. The round-the-clock beverages, snacks in the lobby are very good. The happy hour and homemade soup are excellent. The rooftop is beautifully decorated, with a garden and pond. The views are outstanding. The location of the hotel is directly across from the ocean and walking distance to tons of places of interest, restaurants, bistros, grocery stores, etc. The location is A++. My room had an ocean view, which was gorgeous. The room was very small, but had everything I needed. It had a safe, a closet with plenty of hangers, fridge, coffee/tea maker, two bottles of water upon greeting, the bathroom was well appointed, very good toiletries, the shower worked great, the water was hot, the towels were soft and clean, the bed was comfortable with crisp sheets, black-out curtains, the staff cleaned and tidied the room each day very well."
